Kathy S. Ball, 64, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at her home.
Born July 8, 1950 in Alton, she was a daughter of Bill Burns and Barbara Eby.
Survivors include 3 sons, Charles David Ball, Jr. of Alton, Shane (Amanda) Burns of Granite City, and Bill (Amy) Ball of Godfrey; 8 grandchildren, Ariel and Chandra Burns, Joseph and Blake Corzine, Autumn and Noah Garner, and Trisha and Ava Ball; a great grandchild, Kenlee Corzine; 5 sisters, Jackie King of Selma, Ala., Lawana Hunsicker of Hartford, Tammy Clendenny of Cottage Hills, Billie Hoxsie of Elsah, Dawn Phillips of Alton, and Sandy Reader of Carlinville; and 3 brothers, Roger Reader of Carlinville, Troy Eby of Edwardsville, and Mark Burns of Cottage Hills.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Barbara Steckel.
Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 6 at Paynic Home for Funerals, from 9 a.m. until services begin at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at Upper Alton Cemetery in Alton.
