Teddy L. Reams, 71, of Carlyle formerly of the Riverbend Area, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 5, 1945 in Dell, AR. He retired from the U.S. Army in 1989 after spending 20 years serving his country. His military career included the Medical Field, Army Security Agency and Military Intelligence.
He is survived by a daughter, Nancy Reams of Oklahoma City, OK; two grandsons, Liam Thomasson and Jacob Drennon both of Oklahoma, four brothers, Albert (Barbara) Reams of Marcola, OR, Larry (Delilah) Reams of Bethalto, IL, Jimmy (Leona) Reams of Chico, CA and Ronnie (Gerry) Reams of San Ramon, CA; three sisters, Dona Eyer of Byron, Georgia, Sandra (Ralph) DuBose of Loxley, Alabama and Barbara Finney of Laporte, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his mother Geneva Reams and two sisters, Delores Glover and Judy Jury.
