Richard E. L. “Dick” Stice 86, of Troy, formerly of Bethalto passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Morningside of Troy.
A memorial visitation will be held at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights from 10 a. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2019.
Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials can be made to American Heart Association.
