Sara Grace Sikorski, 32, of Highland, IL, passed away at 1:31 a.m. Mon. May 27, 2019 at Fayette County Hospital ER in Vandalia, IL.
She was born May 8, 1987 in Belleville, IL to Denine Renee (Price) Sikorski of Highland and the late Robert P. Sikorski.
Sara worked as a home health aide and enjoyed life to the fullest, spending time with her family and friends and especially her daughter who meant the world to her.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter: Sierra Grace Burney; her longtime friend and Sierra’s father: Richard Allen Burney of Vandalia; 3 brothers: Michael (Crystal Gray) Sikorski of Beloit, KS, Brian Sikorski of Granite City, IL and Justin Sikorski of Collinsville, IL; grandmother: Doris Tucker of Pontoon Beach, IL; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her dear cousin: Ray ‘Dino’ Villier; grandparents: Thomas Tucker and Carroll & Clara Price; and great-grandparents: Michael & Florence Sikorski.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m. Mon. June 10, 2019 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory.
