Paul C. “Bubba” Bender, 30 of Granite City passed away at his home on Friday, March 20, 2020.
Bubba was born on September 18, 1989 in Donaldson, TN; the son of Phillip W. Parker Sr. and Vickie Bender. Bubba was a maintenance technician for Emerald Apartments in St. Louis and in his free time he enjoyed his days of tinkering with electronics, cutting hair and a good BBQ. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and will be remembered for all the special times they shared together.
In addition to his parents, Bubba is survived by and will be missed by his daughter; Hannah Bender of St. Louis; brother, Phillip W. and Ashley Parker Jr. of Florissant, MO; sisters, Amy Parker of Granite City, Amy Pizzimenti of New York and numerous nieces, nephews and many other close family members and friends.
Bubba was preceded in death by his wife; Rayleen (Rivera) Bender and his daughter, Haylei Bender.
In celebration of Bubba’s life, a memorial celebration will be held at a later date. Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City is serving the family.
