Derek Ronald Powers, 40, of Granite City, IL, passed away unexpectedly Wed. Jan. 6, 2021 at his home.
He was born Apr. 13, 1980 in Granite City to Ronette (Buzick) Dusky of Granite City and the late Douglas Ray Powers.
Derek was a movie buff and loved collecting movies.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son: Aiden Powers; Aiden’s mother: Ellen Dietz; a brother: Deron (Lucinda) Powers; and a sister: Kellie (Ken) Warren all of Granite City.
