Kristine R. Bean, age 53, formerly of Highland, died Wednesday, May 05, 2021, at her residence in Smithton, IL.
She was born on February 23, 1968, in East St. Louis, IL, the daughter of Robert and Jacqueline (nee Curry) Bean.
She was a member of AA Belleville Chapter.
Kristine was born in East St. Louis, IL, grew up in Highland and graduated Highland High School in 1986. She worked with a cleaning service in Belleville, where she lived. She moved to Smithton 5 years ago. Growing up she was an Equestrian. She traveled to horse shows all over Illinois barrel racing and fence jumping.

Winchester, Saint Paul, MN; Grandchild – Zoe R. Sykes; Brother – Kenneth L. (Margaret) Bean, Alton, IL; Nephew – Joshua T. Bean, Pontoon Beach, IL; Nephew – Kenneth M. (Kaylee) Jolly, Gilbert, AZ.
Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL, with Rev. Dr. Beverly Wilkes Null, officiating.
