Benaiah Daniel Ramos, age 3 of Fairview Heights, IL, received his angel wings on Monday, December 20, 2021, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital after a courageous battle with a rare form of leukemia.
Benaiah was born on September 16, 2018, in O’Fallon, IL to Joshua and Jenna (nee Maravillas) Ramos. During his short stay on Earth, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. His smile and laughter will be forever cherished and missed.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Victor Ramos, Jr.
Surviving are his loving parents, Joshua and Jenna Ramos; sister, Elizabeth-Joy Ramos; paternal grandmother, Connie Ramos of Chicago, IL and maternal grandparents, Michael (Janice) Maravillas of Woodstock, IL; great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 4 – 7 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021, at North Smoke Church, 3301 Harvard, Collinsville, IL.
Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. officiated by the pastoral staff of Navigation Church, home church of Josh, Jen, and EJ. Due to current state restrictions masks are required to be worn.
