Deanna H. Hott, age 84 of Collinsville, IL, born January 16, 1937, in Collinsville, IL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, surrounded by her family.
Deanna was a 1954 Collinsville High School graduate, and a retired medical office manager. She was a member of the National Thespian Society, loved singing, playing bells, bowling, and roller skating.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Fern (nee Davis) Welle; husband, J. Marion Hott; and two sisters: Marguerite Bruns and Patricia Burg.
She is survived by her two sons: Mark (Linda) Lankford of Staunton, IL and Michael (Dianna) Lankford of Troy, IL; a daughter, Cindy (Mike) Holcomb of House Springs, MO; 14 grandchildren: Denise Ucinski, Jason, Scott and Jennifer Lankford, Brendon (Chelsea) Bracht, Erika Jakich, Nicholas Holshouser, Jacob and Michael S. Holcomb, John and Brenden Lankford, Kenneth, Timothy and Lauren Abrahamson; 12 great-grandchildren: Cy, Juda, Vivian, Kirk, Kayla, Mariska, Bella, Lucas, Esther, Liam, Dominic and Bennett; sister, JoAnn Hughes of Maryville, IL; sister-in-law, Frances Kassing of Caseyville, IL; brothers-in-law, Robert Burg and Robert Karrer; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, Maryville, IL. Due to current state restrictions, masks are required to be worn.
Memorial service will follow at 12 noon. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
