Rhonda Michelle Mooring, age 32 of Highland, IL, died Monday, April 25, 2022, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
She was born on Tuesday, July 11, 1989, in Wilson, NC, the daughter of James S. Grant and Debbie (nee Miller) Pinnell.
Rhonda was born in Wilson, NC; at age six, her family moved to Greenville, IL. She graduated from Greenville High School in 2007. She then attended DNA classes at Kaskaskia College. Following her marriage, she moved to Colorado, returning to Greenville in 2012. She moved to Highland on January 17, 2020. She started to work at the new Imo’s in Highland, in 2019 and was a member of the management team. Rhonda enjoyed vacationing to Florida, Disney World, and trips to Six-Flags.

Davis, Highland, IL; Daughter – Sarah R. Garman, Highland, IL; Daughter – Miley L. Garman, Highland, IL; Brother – Keith (Tonya) Dew, Highland, IL; Brother – William S. Grant, Greenville, IL; Niece – April R. Dew, Highland, IL; Niece – Kimberly M. Dew, Highland, IL; Niece – Brynlee D. Dew, Highland, IL; Niece – Makayla Smith; Nephew – Chandler Smith; Great Niece – Harper Smith; Great Nephew – Brantley Dew.
Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Memorial Service will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
