She was born on Sunday, October 5, 1958, in Highland, IL, the daughter of Sylvester and Lillian (nee Haislar) Marquardt.
On Friday, July 8, 1977, she married Steven A. Kaufman at Edwardsville, IL, who survives.
She was a member of St. Gertrude Catholic Church, Grantforl, IL.
She was born at Highland, grew up in Grantfork and graduated from Highland High School. She lived most of her life in Highland and worked many years at the Clean Uniform Company, Highland. She enjoyed yard sales, puzzles, family, knitting and going to the Highland Speedway.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL, with Rev. Paul J. Bonk, Pastor, St. Gertrude Catholic Church, Grantfork, Illinois, officiating.
Interment will be at St. Gertrude Catholic Cemetery in Grantfork, IL.
