WOOD RIVER- An overnight shooting leaves two men shot Tuesday morning in Wood River after a domestic dispute.
Police said, after a man assaulted a woman, she went to her parents’ house and they called 911.

Before meeting with the police, the woman’s dad went looking for the man who allegedly assaulted the woman. When the police got there, they found both men shot on North 6th Street between East Acton and Lorena.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene to transport at least one of the shooting victims.
