Billy Ray Aitken, 68, of Pontoon Beach, IL passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.He was born to the late Jack and Luella (Will) Aitken on August 29, 1955, in Peoria, IL. He met Wanda Williams and they were married on October 10, 1979, in Belleville, IL. Bill enjoyed playing pool and darts.
