Durand Clyde Dilday, 61, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born November 7, 1962, in Granite City, Illinois, a son of the late Woodrow Clyde and Doris June (Owensby) Dilday. He was a polisher with Semi Bulk Inc. in Fenton, Missouri. He loved bass and crappie fishing, playing billiards, gardening and was known for his barbeque skills. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Vicki Dilday of Granite City; a daughter, Ashley Bain Dilday; other extended family and friends.
In celebration of his life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Friday, July 26, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
