Dianna Lynn Oberhaus, 67, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 1:32 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at BRIA of Belleville. She was born September 30, 1956, in Granite City, Illinois, a daughter of the late George and Leona (Frazer) Kutey. She married Dennis “Obie” Oberhaus on August 16, 1985, in St. Charles County, Missouri and he passed away on January 10, 2017. She retired from Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City after over 30 years of dedicated service as a secretary. Dianna loved cooking, working crossword puzzles and playing solitaire. She also enjoyed crafting and sewing and made many Halloween costumes and outfits for her children. She will be remembered for the love and care she gave to her entire family throughout her life. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Ashlee and Nicholas Heck of Waterloo and Katelyn and Ethan Bazzell of Alton; three grandchildren, Drew Heck, Kasen Heck and Stetson Bazzell; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Dwayne Kutey of Granite City and Charlie and Lori Kutey of Caseyville; a sister, Susan Hon of House Springs, Missouri; many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends. In addition to her beloved husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ed Hon.
