Larry D. Depper, 86, of Belleville, IL, born August 24, 1937, in Belleville, IL, died Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the Caseyville Nursing/Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Depper was a security specialist and owner of Larson Enterprises Security Company before his retirement in 2007. Larry was a past member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Larry was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Sandra Depper, whom he married on April 8, 1961, and who died on March 28, 2015; a daughter, Terrie Ann Monken, in 2020; a grandson, Brian Monken; his parents, Clarence and Edna Depper; and several brothers.
Surviving are his; two daughters, Tracy (Lee) Hurst of Fairview Heights, IL, and Lisa (Tim) Snyder of Winston-Salem, NC; a son-in-law, Brian Monken; a granddaughter, Sondra Monken; a grandson, Matt Monken; three great-grandchildren, Brandon, Kylie, and Sabrina; three sisters, Nancy Wells, Betty Thompson, and Bernice Qualls; a brother, Bernard Depper; a dear friend, Roger Lippert; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Caseyville Nursing Home and Breeze Hospice for their kindness and care given to Larry.
