William “Fred” Frederick Laswell II, 64, of Highland, IL, died at 2:15 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 at Highland Health Care Center in Highland, IL.
He was born June 18, 1960 in Granite City, IL to the late William Frederick and Zelda (Snow) Laswell.
Fred is survived by a sister: Wanda Staveley of Granite City; a brother-in-law: Charles “Ed” Smith of Marine, IL; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters: Darlene Livingston, Lorrene Pierson, Donna “Earlene” Smith and Kathy Parker.
