Thomas A. Jakoubek, 78, of Swansea, IL, born August 9, 1946, in St. Louis, MO, died Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Thomas was a United States Army veteran. He worked as a custodian for Belleville District #118 before his retirement. He loved his dog, Blacky. Thomas also enjoyed fishing, working on his truck, listening to music, and watching western shows.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet Jakoubek; and his parents, Edward and Sylvia, nee Lang, Jakoubek.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandy (Joseph) Crisio; and his two grandchildren, Kelly Crisio and Amanda Jakoubek;

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2024, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, with Msgr. William McGhee officiating.
Burial with military honors will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL, at a later date.
