Norman Vaughn Hill, 75, of Belleville, IL, born March 9, 1949, in East St. Louis, IL, died Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, John Peel and Frances “Jerry” Geraldine, nee Wetmore, Hill; and his brother-in-law, Steve Duignan.
Surviving are his loving wife of 40 years, Janel, nee Tebbe, Hill; his sister, Joyce Duignan; two children, Sean (Angie) Hill and Shayne Hill; four grandchildren, Austin Hill, McKenna Hill, Korra Hill, and Lyla Hill; two godsons, Brenden Weaver and Joseph Contratto; goddaughter and niece, Jessica (Zach) Zumsteg; a niece, Becky (Mike) Lowrey; two nephews, Joel (Krista) Duignan and Nathan (Jen) Tebbe; and many great nieces.
