Joseph “Joe” Bernard Winkelman, 69, of Pontoon Beach, IL, passed away at 6:45 a.m. Sat. Dec. 7, 2024 at Evercare at University in Edwardsville, IL.
He was born Oct. 5, 1955 in Cuba, MO to the late Harold and Dorothy (Patton) Winkelman Sr.
Joe is survived by 3 siblings: Deborah Barfield of St. Louis, MO, Robert (Paula) Winkelman of House Springs, MO and Marilyn (Charles) Tilley of Van Buren, MO; and a sister-in-law: Dolly Winkelman of Kathleen, GA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Harold “Skip” Winkelman.
Graveside service will be private at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
