Kenneth Thomas Goodman, 77, formerly of O’Fallon, IL, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Bria of Wood River.
Born May 14, 1947 in Ohio, he was a son of Kenneth Luther and Helene Marie (Peerman) Goodman.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, Ken worked for various places in his life, including National Industrial Services, ADM in Alton, and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He enjoyed attending his son’s hockey games, spending time with his grandkids, reading, and outdoor activities.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Elisa Goodman of Bethalto; 3 grandchildren, Alee, Gaven, and Gracen Goodman; his siblings, Jim (Shirley) Goodman of Fairview Heights, Bill (Kathy) Goodman of Lebanon, IL, Mary (Allen) Friedman of Labadie, MO, Suzann (Terry) Mueller of Mascoutah, IL, Jeff (Deborah) Goodman of Valmeyer, IL, and Jerry (Susan Lukavsky) Goodman of Belleville; a sister-in-law, Melody Goodman of Lebanon; a brother-in-law, Mike Hommel of Mascoutah; two former sisters-in-law, Sue Goodman and Debbie Goodman; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Genevieve Hommel, and two brothers, John and Mark Goodman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
