Donald Edwin Kopp, 62, of Mascoutah, IL, born Sunday, February 3, 1963, in Belleville, IL, departed for his eternal home on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at his residence in Mascoutah, IL.
Don was a gentle soul, and a loving, caring man, who had many family and friends that he cared for deeply. He loved life and all it had to offer, even though he didn’t have much. He was happy and appreciated what he did have. He could always put a smile on anyone’s face with his humor and some of the goofy things he would do or say, but that was just our Donnie. He was a simple man with utmost love for his family, friends, and most of all his Lord and Savior. He lost the love of his life, Leona and we know he wanted to be reunited with her. We know this has come to pass and they are forever together.
Donald worked as an Assembly Man for Belleville Shoe Company.
He was preceded in death by his:
