Brian Lee Morber, 53, of Shiloh, Ill., passed away on February 25, 2025, at Memorial Hospital, Shiloh, Ill.
Brian was born on December 3, 1971 in Belleville, Ill., and graduated from Belleville East H.S. He played baseball in high school and enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He was a member of the St. Clair County Anglers Club. He was a beloved father, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend. He had a love of watching sports and going to games. He was a funny, caring man who was great to be around and had a unique ability to lift the spirits of those he encountered. He will be truly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dennis and Debra Jean, nee Fiedler, Morber; aunt and uncles, Thomas Fiedler, Jennifer Crowe and Charles Fiedler; cousin Jimmy Morber.
Brian is survived by his sons, Dylan Sullivan of Belleville, and Evan Morber of Shiloh; niece Hailie Morber of Belleville; step-father Harry Biel of Shiloh; brother Billy Morber of Granite City; and uncle Robert (Kim) Fiedler of Mascoutah; cousins Tammy Morber Campe, Larry Morber, Bobby Morber, Dennis Albert, Kathy Ozburn, and Linda Richards.
Brian’s spirit will live on through the laughter, stories, and unforgettable moments shared with those who loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Wolfersberger Funeral Home on Saturday, March 29, 2025. A brief service will begin at 2 pm, with a visitation, to include story-telling, to follow until 4 pm.
