Ida and Steve enjoyed creating memories on the many cruises and vacations they took together. They were partners for 53 years. Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother to Lucy and Zach, who adored her for her endless patience, her warm hugs, and the countless moments of laughter and joy she brought into their lives.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Glenna (nee Hoenes) Jeffries.

Surviving is her husband Steve Doyle whom she married June 3, 1978; her children, Jacob (Jennifer) Doyle of Glen Carbon, IL and Sarah F. (Michael) Salanitro of Troy, IL; her grandchildren, Lucy Anna and Zach Doyle; her father, Don Jeffries of Hannibal, MO; siblings, Jennifer (Randy) Snyder of Lathrop, MO, Grace (Branson) Wells of Hannibal, MO, Matt (June) Jeffries of St. Louis, MO and Adam (Jennifer) Jeffries of Hannibal, MO; her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
