Sylvia Georgia Gott, 63, of Granite City, IL, died at 8:32 a.m. Fri. Mar. 28, 2025 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City.
She was born June 23, 1961 in France to the late Gisela (Klein) Rasp and George Gott.
Sylvia had worked at Jack’s Hallmark Shop for many years. Her family was everything to her.
Sylvia is survived by her daughter: Devin (Stacy) Hill; 3 grandchildren: Jaxson Hill, Nickiyah Hill and Harmony Hill; 2 great-grandchildren: Grayson and Gunnar Sandella; 3 sisters: Beatrice (Victor) Rouse, Marina (Mike) Pool and Brenda (Bruce) Hampton; and was the Fun Aunt to all of her nieces and nephews, each of which she had a special relationship with.
Memorial visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until time of memorial services at 7:00 p.m. Wed. Apr. 9, 2025 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory. Family and friends will gather at Nick’s Bar and Grill following services.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
