LaVerne M. Feiling, nee Bien, 102, of Belleville, IL, born April 8, 1922, in Belleville, IL, died Saturday, March 29, 2025, in Cape Girardeau, MO.
LaVerne worked for Princess Peggy, Inc., for 25 years before retiring. She was member of the Belleville/ Swansea Moose Lodge 1221, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and a former member of the Belleville Senior Citizens. LaVerne enjoyed bowling and visiting the casino, but her favorite pastimes were the many games of Bingo that she played with her friends.
LaVerne was widowed by her first husband, John Woodrome; her second husband, Eugene Yuncker; her third husband, Lawrence F. Feiling; She is also preceded in passing by her parents, Anton and Hazel, nee Herman, Bien; two brothers, Raymond Bien and Gordon (Rita) Bien; and a sister, Virginia (Edward) Kaufold- Bocquet.
Surviving are her step grandchildren; step great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and dear friends;
