Thomas “Tom” I. Stines III, 82, of Belleville, IL, born Friday, March 26, 1943, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
Tom had many adventures in his life, but those who knew him best, knew his love for trucking, chrome, and his cars.
He was preceded in death by his:
