Janeice S. Tippen, 70, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, April 18, 1954, in St. Louis, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Janeice loved to play Bingo and to play with her cat Buddy.
