Daniel “Danny” T. Shrum of Granite City, IL, 67, Passed away on Saturday the 10th of May at his home. Danny was preceded in death by his parents Vanis and Diana Shrum.
He is survived by his brother Richard (Denise) Shrum, sister Nancy Shrum, his children Anna Shrum(Granite City), Daniel T. Shrum Jr.(Springfield,MO), Grandchildren and Great grandchildren.
Danny was raised in Madison, IL, and then became a resident of Granite City, IL.
He loved his car and enjoyed chauffeuring his daughter and grandchildren. He was known to some as “Ole Penny.” Food and driving was his passion. He will be missed by his family and friends.
