Doris “Jean” Wolf, nee Hall, 80, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Christian Northeast Hospital. She was born on August 21, 1944, in Aubendale, Florida. She married Donald Wolf in 1963 and he preceded her in death on August 18, 2008. Survivors include a son: Michael Wolf, a sister in law: Melanie Havok of Maine, many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Jean and her husband formerly owned and operated Wolf Manufacturing. Jean and Don where involved in both Granite City and Edwardsville high school CO/OP program and many of their employees came from that program. She was a fourteen year member of the Amateur Pool Association. Jean loved plants, botany, and the ocean.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her uncle and aunt: Duck and Sissy who helped raised her, her sisters in law: Mary Newmark and Roberta “Bobby” Mossburg.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be Inurnment at Sunset Hills Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.
Thomas Saksa Funeral Home in Granite City are in charge of arrangements.
