Sally Lea Linkogle, age 72 of Highland, IL, died Monday, May 26, 2025, at LaBella of Edwardsville in Edwardsville, IL.
She was born on Thursday, April 9, 1953, in Alton, IL, the daughter of William and Grayce (nee Trump) Linkogle.
She was a member of Highland Southern Baptist Church.
Sally was born in Alton, Illinois and grew up in East Alton and graduated from Wood River High School. She served in the US Marines, then did home health care until she became disabled. Sally loved her nieces and nephews dearly. She loved to watch her sister Terry play fast pitch softball. Sally also was big St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
A Graveside Service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 2, 2025, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
