EDWARDSVILLE – Carlie Niepert works hard at everything she does.
For her dedication, Carlie Niepert is a Student of the Month for Edwardsville High School.
A junior at EHS, Niepert is a devoted student athlete. She has played field hockey for five years and soccer for four.
It takes a lot of work to balance academics and athletics, but Niepert manages this with ease. She loves collaborating with her teammates and pushing herself to the limit to succeed. Whether it’s a practice or a game, Niepert is sure to be giving it her all and demonstrating her passion for the sport as she plays.
Outside of school and sports, Niepert holds down a part-time job at a local restaurant. She shows a lot of responsibility in this role. She is also focused on the future as she prepares for her next steps after graduation.
She loves to spend time with friends and can often be found with her classmates and teammates, having fun. She enjoys meeting new people and doesn’t know a stranger.
As Niepert prepares to graduate, she is looking ahead to what comes next. Her teachers and loved ones are sure to be rooting for her.
“[I plan to] go to SWIC to study radiology,” she shared.
Congratulations to Carlie for this recognition by Edwardsville High School!
