Edith G. Frischkorn, nee Ruser, 98, of Belleville, IL, born October 24, 1927, in Belleville, IL, died Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Mrs. Frischkorn retired from Illinois Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 54 years, Malvin A. Frischkorn, whom she married on June 27, 1947, and who died on March 9, 2001; her parents, Louis and Katherine, nee Dold, Ruser; three brothers, Kenneth Ruser, John Ruser, and Bernard Ruser; and eight sisters, Bertha Vielweber, Florence Kraemer, Ethel Schmidt, Caroline Peter, Martha Richardson, Leona Jacobs, Kathryn Baker, and Celeste Brethauer.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
