Brian Wayne Thorndyke, 61, of Granite City, IL, passed away at 7:55 p.m. Tues. Jan. 16, 2024 at home.
He was born Aug. 28, 1962 in East Moline, IL.
Brian had worked as a driver for Brandt Truck Line.
He is survived by his mother and step-dad: Sandy (Stagner) and William Taylor of St. Louis, MO; a son: Justin Zagar of Crystal City, MO; a daughter Mistie Mueller of Imperial, MO; 4 grandchildren: Wyatt, Dawson, Tristan and Waylon; a brother: Nick Patrick of Berkley, MO; his former spouse and friend: Vijcki Zagar of Imperial, MO; and a dear friend and caregiver: Cindy Cotton of Granite City.
