Lee C. Harlan III, age 77, of Madison, Illinois passed away at 7:40 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at his home. He was born March 18, 1943 in Granite City, a son of the late Lee C. Harlan Jr. and Beatrice (Fechtel) Harlan.
