Betty Barnhart

Betty Jane Barnhart, 81, of Granite City, IL, formerly of Russell, AR, passed away at 12:03 p.m. Thurs. Mar. 19, 2020 at Evelyn’s Hospice House in Creve Coeur, MO.She was born Mar. 21, 1938 in Alton, IL to the late John & Jennie (Woods) Seehausen.  Betty was a CNA and had worked at Wood River Hospital and the nursing home in Greenville, IL.  She was a member of Word of Life Tabernacle.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and her little dog, Sadie.She is survived by a daughter: Cecilia (Rev. Bill) Davison of Granite City; 3 grandsons: Robert (Kitty) Davison, Corby (Gina) Davison, Timmy (Donna) Davison; and 9 great-grandchildren: Allissa, Eli, Abby, Sophie and Lainey Davison, Tyler and Xander Cox, Draven Crain and Sydney Davison.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 husbands: Robert Melton and Clarence Barnhart; a daughter: Tina Sisk; a granddaughter: Stephanie Cox; and a brother: Paul Seehausen.Services are private due to the current COVID-19 crowd restrictions.  Online information and guestbook through Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory may be found at www.wojstrom.com.
