Stephany L. Myrick age 70, of Highland, Illinois, formerly of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018, in Edwardsville, Illinois.
She was born April 5, 1948, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late George & Thelma (Thurmond) Butz. Stephany married James Myrick and he preceded her in death on December 11, 2016.
She is survived by two sons, Christopher A. Young & wife Mari of Hampton, TN, Sean A. Young of Denver, CO; three step-sons, Jeremy, Michael, & Spencer Myrick; eleven grandchildren; & two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Butz & one sister Patricia Davis.
Stephany loved to travel, gamble and was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Alabama Crimson Tide Football team.
There will be no visitation or services, and she will be cremated according to her wishes.
