Timothy Michael Huffman, 62, of Granite City, IL passed away Friday, September 6, 2024.
He was born to the late Samuel and Althea (Hendricks) Huffman on March 10, 1962 in Flint, MI. Timothy served in Operation Desert Storm. It was his honor to serve his Country in the United States Marine Corps on active duty for 22 years. He was an active member and volunteered at the First Baptist Church of Maryville. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, golf and being a handyman and carpenter.
Timothy is survived by his Fiancé Michele Mraz; a son: Tyler Huffman; a daughter: Mackenzie Huffman; three brothers: Ronald (Rhonda) Huffman, Thomas (Denise) Huffman, Kenneth (Shelly) Huffman; two sisters, Deborah Kirby, Cynthia (Martin) Haugh; and many nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Timothy is preceded in death by a brother in law, Robert Kirby.
A memorial visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services at noon on Monday, September 16, 2024 at the First Baptist Church in Maryville. Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church of Maryville or H.E.R.O.S. Care.
