Jennifer D. Harms Fiedler, 53, of Freeburg, IL, born January 18, 1971, in Belleville, IL, died Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at her residence.
Jennifer worked at the Regional Office of Education after she got her master’s degree at the University of Illinois. Jennifer thoroughly enjoyed her time developing programs and implementing the programs as a teacher liaison through the ROE. She continued working until her daughter, Lucy, was born in 2010.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Gerhard “Jerry” Harms; and her aunt, Elaine Main.
She is survived by her daughter, Lucy Fiedler; her mother, Diane Harms; her brother, Kandal F. Harms; Lucy’s father, Matt Fiedler; her very special cousin, Kim Towers; a special aunt and uncle, Louise and Art Shepard; and many special cousins and friends.

According to Jennifer’s wishes, cremation will be held, and a blooming tree will be planted in her memory.
