Gail A. Miller, age 68 of Highland, IL, died Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at her home in Highland, IL.
She was born on Thursday, October 13, 1955, in Highland, IL, the daughter of Lester and Doris (nee Witschie) May.
On Sunday, May 11, 1986, she married Edward L. Miller at St. Jacob United Church of Christ, St. Jacob, IL who passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020.
She was a member of St. Jacob United Church of Christ, St. Jacob, IL. She was also a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary for St. Jacob Fire Department and Ladies Slow Pitch Softball League for the V.F.W.
Gail was born in Highland, IL and grew up in St. Jacob, IL area. She graduated from Triad High School in 1974. She worked for the Marine Garment Factory in Marine and O’Fallon, IL. She then went to work for Wal-Mart in 1984 with retiring after 40 years of service. Her past times were spent playing slow-pitch softball, going shopping with friends and breeding Bulldogs. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren sporting events and taking vacations with her family and dear friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL, with Rev. Philip J. Barbier, pastor, St. Jacob United Church of Christ, St. Jacob, IL, officiating.
Interment will be at Keystone Cemetery in Saint Jacob, IL.
