Bonnie Jean Griffith, nee Kniepkamp, 83, of O’Fallon, IL, born September 17, 1941, in Belleville, IL, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL.
Bonnie retired after 35 years as a budget analyst at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Belleville, IL, and active with the older adult ministry at church. Bonnie loved to sing, enjoyed public speaking, and was a member of the Toastmasters.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Larry L. Griffith, whom she married on September 1, 1984, and who died on December 11, 2024; her parents, Arnold and Lena, nee Wolff, Kneipkamp; and her sister, Arlene Kniepkamp.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Kelly; and two grandchildren, Holden (Kelsey) Schaefer and Hayden Schaefer.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Zion Lutheran Church, Belleville, IL. with Rev. Chris Spelbring officiating.
Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
