WATERLOO – Are you or someone you care about living with diabetes, or at risk for developing diabetes or other chronic illnesses?
University of Illinois Extension invites you to attend an open, supportive session led by Nutrition and Wellness Educator Kris Juelfs. These sessions provide practical tips and real-life advice in a welcoming setting where participants can share experiences and learn from one another while navigating the challenges of living with diabetes.
Each month, on the second Thursday, a new topic is presented to help you better manage your health and feel empowered in your daily life. Sessions will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Morrison-Talbott Library in Waterloo.
Are you stuck in a cooking rut or just tired of the same old recipes? Join us on Thursday, April 9, to get inspired and learn tips and tricks for preparing easy, healthy, and tasty meals at home.
Reserve your spot today by calling 618-939-6232 or emailing mtl@waterloolibrary.org. For more information, visit go.illinois.edu/DiabetesSupportGroupApril.
