You are invited to join us in a group healing session to end the year – ready for new beginnings!
We’ll drop into our bodies, set our individual intentions and move some energy throughout our bodies with gentle stretching of guided Yin Yoga. (Note: Guided stretch will be appropriate for all – especially chronic pain and limited mobility participants!)
You will have an opportunity to journal year end reflection or goals before or after Yin Yoga poses to stretch and open the fascia. (45min portion) This will help the body to relax deeper for the optional breathwork portion (30-45min) while gongs clear our energy (45min), ending the healing session with the soundbath
