Alton River Dragons Win Home Opener
ALTON – Alton River Dragons win home opener 10-6 against the Thrillville Thrillbillies
Alton Redbird alum Adam Stilts got the win in pitching. Stilts pitched 5.1 innings and gave up 5 runs and walked no one and had 4 strikeouts.
The bullpen only gave up one run in relief. River Dragon Rf Mattias Sessing had 4 RBIs. Erik Broekemeier drove in 3 and had one homerun.
The River Dragons are now 2-0 and will be home tomorrow night where they will take on rivals O’Fallon Hoots.
