Three Dead in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on Lewis and Clark Boulevard

ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Three people were killed in a three-vehicle crash on Friday night, May 1, 2026, on Lewis and Clark Boulevard in St. Louis, according to a fatality crash report investigated by MCIU #2 MSGT. J. Cox and CPL. A. Smith.

The crash was reported at 8:32 p.m. on May 1, 2026, on southbound Lewis and Clark Boulevard north of Haviland Drive in St. Louis County. Investigators said Vehicle 1, a 2013 Cadillac SRX traveling southbound, sideswiped Vehicle 2, a 2020 Lexus RX350 traveling southbound, causing the Lexus to travel into the northbound lanes.

The driver of the Lexus, a 53-year-old woman from St. Louis, and an 18-year-old female occupant in the Lexus, also from St. Louis, were pronounced dead by Christian Hospital EMS personnel, the report said. The driver of the Toyota, a 28-year-old woman from Florissant, Mo., was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:43 p.m., according to the report.

Vehicle 3, a 2013 Toyota Highlander traveling northbound, then collided with the right side of the Lexus, investigators said. The Lexus overturned, and the Cadillac traveled off the right side of the road and hit trees, the report said.

All three vehicles had damage ranging from moderate to extensive and were towed by Bolins Towing, the report said. The three fatalities were transported by Lonning Mortuary Services to the St. Louis County Morgue, according to the report.
