The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said May 25, 2026, that Willie Scott, of the 100 block of Chambers Road in St. Louis, was charged in the May 18 robbery of Randall’s Wines and Spirits in the 11000 block of Old Halls Ferry Road. Scott is being held on a $150,000 cash-only bond with no 10% option.

According to the probable cause statement, Scott entered the store at about 7:23 p.m. May 18, 2026, wearing a mask covering his head and face. Authorities said he pointed what appeared to be a handgun at employees at the register and demanded cash.

Victim #1 handed over $800 from the business register, according to the statement.

The statement said surveillance showed the defendant in the area. Authorities said Scott was later apprehended and, after being advised of his Miranda rights, admitted to committing the robbery and said he was familiar with the business.

A search warrant executed at Scott’s home yielded clothing authorities said was worn during the robbery, as well as the apparent handgun, according to the probable cause statement.

Detectives with the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons are investigating.

The prosecuting attorney’s office said the charge is an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
