Patricia A. Stock, nee Korte, 87, of Belleville, IL, born March 6, 1939, in Belleville, IL, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026, at St. Paul’s Senior Community, Belleville, IL.
Patricia was a lifetime member of St. Luke Catholic Church and was also involved with the women’s sodality at church. She was a member of the Machinist Union Ladies Auxiliary. Patricia enjoyed playing cards in her “Grandma’s Club” card club. She also loved bowling and was in many leagues over the years at Panorama and Bel-Air Bowl.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, William L. Stock, Sr., whom she married on August 8, 1960, at St. Luke Catholic Church, and who died on July 1, 2011; her parents, William and Josephine, nee Thien, Korte; four siblings, Norman Korte, Bill Korte, Joanne (Don) Dietz, and Evelyn (Ralph) Ohl; two brothers-in-law, Clarence Chaput and Dennis Holle; and a nephew, Dennis Korte, Jr.
Surviving are five children, William (Rose) Stock Jr., Michael Stock, Yvonne (Larry) Tepen, Christopher (Tammy) Stock, and Matthew (Charlotte) Stock; 14 grandchildren, Bradley and Bryan Stock, Elizabeth (Blake) Mask, Christine (Robert) Volner, Anthony (Victoria) Tepen, Christopher Jr. (Cindy) Stock, Jeremy Stock, Gregory Stock, Nathaniel (Kelsie) Stock, Katherine, Jonathan, Eliza, Josephine, and Genevieve Stock; eight great-grandchildren, Slade, Kaden, Delilah, Waylon, Henry, Isabella, Olivia, and Elijah; three siblings, Doris Chaput, Dennis (Llana) Korte, and Margie Holle; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thank you to her niece, Jane Ohl, for her wonderful care for Patricia over the years.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2026, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2026, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, with Fr. Joseph Oganda officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Shiloh, IL.
