ST. LOUIS — Two men died in separate shootings Friday, Oct. 9 and Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, in St. Louis’ Jeff Vander Lou and Carr Square neighborhoods, and homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances of both incidents. Nicolas Dilworth, 47, of St. Louis, died after the shooting Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, in Carr Square. Officers received a call about a shooting near 14th and Carr streets around 6 p.m. and arrived to find him suffering from gunshot wounds.
