COLLINSVILLE — Deputy Clerk Kelley Wilke, a full-time member of the Collinsville Police Department staff since 2017, is remembered for her dedication to the department and community, with memorial services scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026, in Collinsville.
The Collinsville Police Department said it was “deeply saddened” to share that it had lost a member of its full-time staff.
“Kelley’s outgoing personality and desire to help others made her an integral member of our civilian staff,” the department said. “She truly thrived on making those around her happy.”
Wilke worked as an Evidence and Investigation Clerk at the Collinsville Police Department. She was dedicated to serving her community, according to information provided by the department.
The department asked that Wilke’s family, friends, and staff be kept “in your thoughts and prayers during this time.”
Wilke cherished time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren, according to the provided information.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Wilke, whom she married July 19, 2002; three sons, Winston Talley and his wife, Kimbra, and their children, Jackson Talley and Lewis Talley; Ben Talley and his wife, Chelsea; and Ryan Wilke and Cameron Dodge. She is also survived by seven siblings, Sean Schroeder, Kevin Schroeder, Steve Schroeder, James Schroeder, Rick Schroeder, Caroline Riddle and Kimberly Schroeder.
Memorial visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026, at Navigation Church in Collinsville. A Celebration of Life will follow immediately at the American Legion in Collinsville.
