Gene A. Erlinger, 98, of Fairview Heights, IL, born Monday, December 12, 1927, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Nexus in Mascoutah, IL.
Gene worked as an Electrical Engineer Drafter for Pfizer. He was a member of Winstanley Baptist Church in Fairview Heights IL and a member of Romeo Men’s Group at church.. He was a member of Boy Scouts of America. He was a woodworking artist and a United States Korean War Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his:

Services: Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 21, 2026 at Winstanley Baptist Church, with Dr. Timothy Gibson officiating. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
